  Make drag and drop work for touch devices for edit content page

Bug description:
  Currently, you cannot use drag and drop on touch devices when editing
  page content, but you have to deal with radio buttons that are
  cumbersome. It would be better, now that multitouch on touch devices
  is possible, to upgrade to allow for drag and drop.
