Since Mahara 1.10 it is possible to sort pages by creation date, but not
yet collections and plans. I leave this report open for pages as well as
it would still be good to have defaults applied on the page sorting as
well.

Bug description:
  So far, Mahara displays pages and collections alphabetically and plans
  chronologically.

  It would be nice to be able to choose a sort order.

  - Default: Alphabetical
  - Chronologically according to ascending modification date
  - Reverse chronological order
