  Have choice whether to copy a group page to group or own portfolio

Bug description:
  When you are in a group and have page add and edit privileges, you
  automatically create a group page when you copy a group page. However,
  you might want to actually copy the page into your portfolio.

  Sure, you can go to your portfolio and then copy the page from there.
  However, that is more cumbersome and takes more time (as you might
  have to wade through hundreds of pages) than clicking on the "Copy
  page" button right next to a group page.

  Thus, it would be great if when clicking on "Copy page" in a group and
  you have add/edit privileges in that group that you can choose where
  to copy the page to.

  This is only necessary when you can add/edit pages. If you can't, a
  copy of a page will be placed into your portfolio automatically.
