Hello Dirk,

I've been thinking a bit more about your suggestion of also indicating
whether the title should be changed or not and am thinking that it would
only complicate things on the "Note" screen. Over the last 2 years, user
reports have shown that it is already difficult for users to comprehend
the copying of the text and that it would then be changed in multiple
places. If we added another setting for the title, it would only
complicate things more.

Therefore, I suggest that we won't fix this. If somebody wanted to make
it a custom development on a site to trial it and then provide feedback
if it works very well, we can consider it again.
