Hello Dirk,

The options within the "Media" item in the content chooser do have
tooltips. In contrast to the "Media" item though, it's only on the
image.

  This is a clever enhancement. Could there be a pop up box when
  hovering over block title (I discovered this feature accidentally) and
  could there be a 'Position: bottom of column'?
