Let "group pages" show pages by group members only

Bug 1411004: This patch adds an option to the "group
pages" block, to limit the "pages shared with this
group" and "collections shared..." sections so that
they only show pages & collections authored by
current members of the group

Title:
Pages that are shared with a group are still visible after the user
has been removed from the group

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
The scenario, as reported by SWITCH, is that there is a group for a
course, which is re-used from one year to the next. Each semester,
students share pages with the group while they are in the course.
However, when they leave the course (and the group) they do not un-
share the pages, and consequently the "Pages shared with this group"
list gets longer and longer, and it's hard to see the pages
specifically shared by students this term.

The solution we've decided on for this problem, is to add an option to
the "Group pages" block, to allow it to only show pages shared by
  members of the group.
