Behat test for Deleted Wall Posts [Bug #1255222]

This test takes you to the URL of a deleted post
(http://mahara/blocktype/wall/wall.php?id=%s).
What we are looking for is for the text NOT to say
'[blockinstancenotfound/error]', but we want it to say
'Block instance with id %s not found.'

  When a wall post is deleted, the error message string is missing when
  you go to the URL of the wall post directly, e.g.
  https://mahara.org/blocktype/wall/wall.php?id=158793

  It only says: [[blockinstancenotfound/error]]
