[Bug 611793] Re: Ability to block a user to prevent any further communications

 

Probably the reason we haven't seen much action on this particular
issue, is because Mahara is normally used within a school setting, so if
a user has a problem with another user, they can go to the school
administration and get the offender dealt with directly.

This feature would be most useful if someone was making a large Mahara
site open for public self-registration.

Bug description:
  If Paul denies Bob's friendship request, Bob can continue to send him
  messages and more friendship requests. So spammy. He should only be
  able to view his public profile and no longer be able to contact him.
