Bug 1432435: needing to adjust multicolumn renderer

So that we can differentiate between form tables and data tables and
display data tables with row colours etc.

  Needing slight design alterations for some webservices tables

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The design / UX needs tweaking for some of the tables to be consistent
  with rest of mahara.

  As the tables are rendered by the multi column renderer it needs some
  adjustment to deal with data table vs form table rendering
