Hi Robert,

Yes that is working.
When I upload a new image the row is given a yellow background and is automatically selected. If I select another image the background stays yellow, however the Select button then appears.

It took me a while to figure out this was what was happening - I assumed
you couldn't upload a new image into a new image block and kept deleting
the block instead of saving it.

These are prob out of scope (attached) but I think either would help the
users out.

  Select button not available after uploading new image

Bug description:
  Version: 15.04rc1

  After adding an image block to a new page I uploaded a new image into
  the images folder. The new image does not have a select button.

  I have to click Remove and then add the image block again for the
  select button to be available on the previous image.
