Behat Test: New Id tag for Inbox (Bug1427019)

This is a Behat test for testing the new ID tag on the main dashboard
page. It is checking there is no errors on the page when it has selected
inbox. It is regression testing this bug

  Need to add an id to the inbox link for behat test

Bug description:
  The link to the inbox on top right has an icon for the link rather
  than words so we need an id to allow behat to access it
