  Select institutions in pending registrations page should not for
  confirmation of leaving

Bug description:
  Version: 15.10dev

  Steps
  1. Login as site admin
  2. Add one institution
  3. Open the page Institutions/Pending registrations
  4. Select an institution

  You should not be asked for confirmation of leaving the page.
