We decided not to change these blocks, because the patch for Bug 1444229
means that the Ajax block loader now works properly with blocks that
return no content.

  recent posts block need default message

Bug description:
  Because we use ajaxify to load some blocks but don't want ajaxify when
  exporting it is important that ajaxifyable blocks not return an empty
  string for content.

  So I'm adding a default string to the recentposts block if there are
  no posts made so it doesn't return empty.
