  Keyboard arrow navigation keys don't work in textboxes

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I noticed this while editing personal page textboxes on the Mahara.org site.
  I can click into a textbox and type, but if I want to move along the text I have to use the mouse and re-click into a new location as the keyboard arrow keys for left and right movement do nothing. I unfortunately have to say that this is an intermittent issue - I experienced it several times yesterday, and again today when I decided to report. While typing this tracker issue, I returned to the open window where I had been working to double check the effect of using the up and down arrow keys (my recollection was that they jumped to the next clickable element of the page rather than moved within the textbox) - only I then found that the arrow keys were working in all 4 directions.

  I'm using Firefox 33.1 on a fast LAN network.
