I wonder if we still need Mahara Planet - it's not being used very much
and we have the public forums that people can subscribe to.

Bug description:
  Hi, I tried to add a subscription to Mahara Planet
  (https://mahara.org/planet) using my RSS reader (Liferea).

  However, the url included in the RSS orange icon
  (https://mahara.org/planet/rss10.xml) throws a 404 error.
