  Watchlist block needs tidying up

Bug description:
  Chatting with end users they would like somewhere that they can see a
  list of what pages they are watching.

  We currently have a watchlist block but it is quite limited:

  1) It can only be added to dashbooard page, but isn't included on new user dashboard by default 
  - I feel it should be

  2) It is limited to number of items available which can be set to 100 which is a long list 
  - better to use pagination

  3) There is only the page name displayed so if you are watching a lot of pages with same title you can't tell the difference
  - needs some of the data that 'Latest pages' displays eg - owner name and/or last updated time
