I've added a patch for this - currently it will only index/return
results for a block_instance that has the configdata 'text' value set

  elasticsearch not searching 'Text' block type

Bug description:
  Mahara system has a new 'Text' blocktype, that doesn't have an
  artefact associated with it and so gets missed on elasticsearch
  indexing.

  What is needed is to be able to index the 'text' block_instance.
