Hello,

I can confirm I've just replicated the exact same issue on my
institutional site (v1.9.5testing) - if the group admin deletes the
'recent forum posts' block from the about 'home' page there isn't a menu
option under general to add it back in.

  Group About Page - Forum block deletion unexpectedly permanent

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Each new Group's About page includes a group Forum block by default.

  However, if a Group Admin deletes this, there is no way to restore it
  - it doesn't exist as a menu item on the group's About page.

  We find the Forum block really useful and it would be good for it to
  behave like a normal block.

  Affects all recent versions of Mahara, on all browsers and operating
  systems we've tried.
