Thanks for the suggestion. I've had the same idea. I think this was sort
of an oversight when the "Note" functionality was first implemented.

   Is it possible to have a NEW NOTE button on the right hand side (like
  NEW PLAN).

  This will make it consistent with the rest of the CONTENT items in the
  CONTENT tab and more user friendly.
