Title:
  The ADDITIONALHTMLTOPOFBODY and ADDITIONALHTMLFOOTER are missing from
  the microheader/microfooter templates

Status in Mahara 1.9 series:

Bug description:
  This was overlooked - and as people use the ADDITIONALHTMLFOOTER to
  place analytic code it means that some pages may not be tracked.

  As version 15.10 will move away from the microheaders this will only
  effect older versions of mahara

  But as it's a simple template fix I will add this in for those
  branches.
