Message #27244
[Bug 1463797] Re: Hide pages from others you don't want to see on "Shared with me"
I agree, a hide/ignore option for the "Shared with me" screen would help
make it more manageable for heavy users. (If we get around to
implementing this, we can hash out the exact wording.)
In terms of interface, this could perhaps be a little menu next to the
listing, with the options "Ignore this page", "Ignore all pages by this
user", "Ignore all pages by this group". Similar things for collections.
And a tickbox on the search settings at the top of the screen to include
Ignored pages in the list. Perhaps the page could be hidden from the
"Recent pages" block as well.

Title:
Hide pages from others you don't want to see on "Shared with me"
Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
Triaged
Bug description:
From a teacher on MyPortfolio:
'When I have shared pages with people and they don't care about my
page, can they delete the pages shared? I can't manage to find a
place in portfolio> shared with me where I could delete those
unwanted pages'
I wouldn't go so far as delete, but maybe we could have a "hide"
option? So: Hide individual pages or hide all pages of a certain user.
With hiding, we could unhide them if they are to be seen again at some
stage.
