To replicate:

1. Send a friend request to a user
2. Log in as the user who received the friend request
3. On your dashboard Inbox block, you'll see a link for "New friend request"
4. Click on the words "New friend request"

Expected result: It should expand the notification, showing you the text of the friend request and a "More..." link at the bottom.
Actual result: It acts as a link directly to your inbox page.
