Title:
  No link to Resume introduction tab

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  After the Bootstrap merge, there's no link back to the Introduction
  section of your resume, once you click away to the other sections.

  To replicate:

  1. I log in
  2. I go to Content -> Resume
  3. I can see the "Introduction" section of my resume, with a cover letter and personal information
  4. I click on the "Education and employment" tab
  5. I click on the "Introduction" tab to go back to the introduction section

  Expected result: I'm back on the introduction section
  Actual result: There is no "introduction" tab! You can't go back to the introduction section, except by clicking on "Content -> Resume" again.
