Since this is the same problem as Bug 1397562, except in 15.04.1, I'm
just going to mark this one as a duplicate and reopen that earlier bug.

Title:
  Problem displaying menu (tabs) "Administration -Groups" in "Primary
  School" theme

Bug description:
  Version: 15.04.1

  Steps:

  1.- Select theme "Primary School"
  2.- Select menu (tab)  "Administration - Groups"

  Now we can see the tab "Groups" with an error display.

  I include an attachment where you can see the error
