[Bug 1475777] Re: Feedback enabled on a public page causes rich text editor to launch

Hi Aaron

We discovered that we had different settings on our two sites. On the
site where the problem was occurring, under General settings we had HTML
editor set to "Enabled", while on our new test site where I was unable
to reproduce the problem, this was set to "User-defined". Changing the
setting seems to resolve the issue (which we have now done).

Thanks

Meg
