I can't replicate this problem in Firefox or Chromium. The three dots
display for me on the right-hand side and both links work correctly and
are left-aligned. I tested on master.dev which is not on the very latest
code but 3 weeks or so old.

Title:
  Misplaced menu items in Page view

Status in Mahara:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  If you do the following :

  1/ Go to Portfolio
  2/ Click on the name of an existing page
  3/ Click on the top menu named "..." on the left corner
  4/ The submenu (watchlist and objectionable content) is displayed but not readable

  The submenu end of bloc is aligned on the right of button "...".

  Solution :
    Align the left end of the submenu block on the left end of the menu named "..."
