Bug 1483084: Upgrade problem with assigning artefact path
Postgres works slightly differently to mysql with the
update .. limit command
behatnotneeded: as this is an upgrde problem

Bug description:
Postgres can only do an upgrade / limit via subquery and Mysql can
only do it without subquery
so we need to have seperate sql commands for both
