Now that we have Institution blogs/journals  (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1472467)

We will add the functionality to groups as well

  Can groups have a blog which all (or some) of the group members can
  contribute to?

  Or can blogs assigned to a View have permissions set so that more than
  one person can add/edit blog posts?
