Public bug reported:

In latest master when adding a block to a page, clicking the "X" button
in the Configure dialog pops up a warning asking if you want to delete
the block, and does actually delete it from the database. However,
unlike when you click the Remove button it doesn't remove the block from
the page - you need to refresh the page to make it disappear.
