[Bug 1475734] Re: Journal title is not visible when creating new entry

Ah this is related to the height of the browser window - if I have a
full sized window (height 1024px +) and create a new journal entry I am
focused on the title field and can see it fine but if my browser is
smaller (say 900px) it still focuses on the title field but the field is
hidden behind top menu.

So there is some problem with where the viewport scrolls to

I'd recon the best thing would be to scroll the viewport so that the top
of the section heading just below the navbar so that you can see what
the page's name is as well as all the initial form fields.

Title:
Journal title is not visible when creating new entry

Status in Mahara:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  15.10dev bootstrapped

When you create a journal entry, you don't see it's title field. The
cursor focus is on the field, but it is hidden behind the static
  header (see screenshot).
