With the new Bootstrap themes, users are no longer able to move files and folders in the file browser using the keyboard. The desired functionality is
- Press Enter on the file icon, which will open a list of possible folders to move the file to
- Select a folder and press Enter to move the file

However, currently the file "move" icon has no accessible text
describing it, and although opening the list of folders works, clicking
on them does nothing.
