  Change block "Latest pages" to "Latest changes you can view"

  Mahara 15.10.

  Change the block title to "Latest changes you can view" because now
  both pages and collections are displayed.

  We can only change the default title but not if someone has already
  changed the title of the block since that block can take a different
  title.
