  The RSS feed logo is not displayed for an external feed, e.g.
  http://feeds.feedburner.com/TheCuriousAndWonderingEye

  Since it's not really essential to Mahara and we are not going to
  display it in Mahara 15.10, we could simply remove it.

  Since Conrad proposed a solution, I'll put that through code review
  for inclusion in versions pre 15.10.
