Message #29909
[Bug 1423440] Re: Get rid of "No messages to delete" Javascript alert
This is not an issue in 15.10 as the way we delete messages has changed,
there is not 'delete' button to click.
I don't feel it needs to be changed in older versions as it is a very
minor thing
So will mark 'won't fix'

Title:
Get rid of "No messages to delete" Javascript alert
Status in Mahara:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
This is just a minor UI improvement. We currently have some behavior
in the inbox/outbox that shows a Javascript alert, where it would be
less intrusive and more consistent to show a warning/alert header
instead.
To replicate:
1. Go to your message Inbox or Outbox while you have no messages in
it.
2. Click on the Delete button
Expected result: You should see an in-HTML header that says "0
notifications deleted"
Actual result: You see a Javascript alert that says "No notifications
to delete"
