  Table headings change notes area

Bug description:
  Hi there,

  Would it be possible to get the titles for some of the headings
  changed within the notes area. The change would be in
  {MaharaRoot}/artefact/internal/lang/en.utf8/artefact.internal.php
  changing

  Line 121: $string['containedin'] = "Contained in"; to "Contained in
  pages"

  and

  Line 122: $string['currenttitle'] = "Titled"; to "Note title"
