  Merge "Social media" block with "Profile info" block

Status in Mahara:

Bug description:
  In Mahara 1.10, the "Social media" block is introduced. Its
  functionality is doubled up because you can also choose to display the
  social media addresses in the "Profile info" block. There needs to be
  a bit thinking done around how to incorporate the display settings for
  the social media buttons best, but I think the blocks should be
  merged. If they aren't merged then the social media items should be
  taken out of the "Profile info" block.
