  Anonymous comment author names not displaying in 15.10.0

Bug description:
  To replicate:

  1. Create a page
  2. Share that page with the public
  3. Log out
  3. Make a comment on the page

  Expected result: The comment should display, with the name you entered in the "Name" field, and your comment text
  Actual result: The comment text is shown, but not your name.

  Inspection in the database shows that the names *are* being saved in
  the artefact table. They're just not being written in the HTML.
