When I set group to allow reporting and I go to the 'Report' page I get

[WAR] 36 (lib/errors.php:459) An exception was thrown of class Dwoo_Exception.
THIS IS BAD and should be changed to something extending MaharaException,
unless the exception is from a third party library.

It looks like a couple of templates went missing between 15.04 and 15.10
