By using the css3 property word-wrap: break-word;

behatnotneeded: a css only change

  A forom user commented on how the text flows outside of the text block
  in 15.04

  This issue also occurs in 15.10 & 16.04, when the text block is in
  "view" mode rather than "edit" mode.
