To replicate:

1. Create a page
2. Put a note block on that page
3. Attach a file to the note
4. Export the page to leap2a
5. Import the leap2a

Expected result: You have an imported copy of the page, the note, and
the file. The imported file is attached to the imported note.

Actual result: You have an imported copy of everything, but the imported
file is not attached to the imported note
