Correction: In Ubuntu Linux the default location of the error log is in
"/var/log/apache2/".

Bug description:
  Nach der Installation ist nur ein Teil der Seite auf deutsch. Nach
  Herunterladen des languagepacks wird nach dem Überschreiben der Daten
  ein Serverfehler angezeigt (500). Nach löschen der Dateien läuft der
  Server wieder. Mahara Version 15.10/151001
