Hi Yuliya

my name is Ralf Hilgenstock from eLeDia in Berlin.  We are new as Totara 
partner. I found the totara social translation project on Launchpad.  Is 
this the actual translation platform?

I would like to support the translation if you are interested for German 
package.

Some background about me: long time Moodle translator, Mahara translator 
for lang pack and manual. I've just started a review of the TotaraLMS 
German package.

Title:
  Add Creative Commons 4.0 as  licence types to CC block

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In 2013 Creative Commons 4.0 was published. It should be possible to licence content with this licence type in Mahara. CC4.0  will be the main CC type in future.
  CC3 licences are not transfered to CC4.0. So its required to add CC4.0 as new licence type.
