When you add a comment as anonymous user, i.e. someone who is not logged
in, you need to provide your name first and then see a comment text
field (see screenshot). That text field doesn't have a label, but I
think it should have one so it's clear what it is for.

It is also a required field. Thus marking it as "Comment*" would be
good.
