[Bug 1530715] Re: Social media accounts of "Other" are not displayed

I am unable to replicate this problem.

I created some social media using the 'other' option for a variety of
sites that exist/not exist and they all got either their generic 'grey
world' icon or a specific icon. I could add them to a page via a block
and each displayed as expected.

I do note the icons are fetched by this url
http://www.google.com/s2/favicons?domain=notarealsite.com

So if the connection to google.com was temporarily not available that
would cause the icon not to show.

Would it be worth having our own generic default icon in the system?

Bug description:
  Mahara 15.10+

When you add a social media account that is not in the list via
"Other", you can select it in the "Social media" block, but you don't
see an icon / icon with text / text button.

In Mahara 15.04 there is a generic icon for accounts that Mahara does
  not know of: http://manual.mahara.org/en/15.04/blocks/profile.html
