Public bug reported:

Using "codespell" (can be installed via Ubuntu's package manager) and
running it over the language directory in Mahara 16.04, I found 1
mistake:

./en.utf8/help/forms/viewlayout.createcustomlayouttitle.html:5:
arrangment  ==> arrangement

Since this is just a typo, no new language string needs to be created,
but the issue can be fixed easily by correcting the typo.
