Title:
  Change "Feedback" to "Comments" in notification settings

Status in Mahara:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  On /admin/site/options.php (Administration -> Configure site -> site
  options under "Notification settings", there is a language strings
  that reads "Feedback". It needs to read "Comments". Please do not
  change "Annotation feedback".

  The string also needs to be changed on
  /account/activity/preferences/index.php

  The string already exists in the Mahara codebase in
  /lang/en.utf8/view.php. Please check with Hugh if you can simply use
  the existing string of if a new one would need to be created.
