Mahara 15.10+

The "User reports" page /admin/users/report.php is missing a class to
show the menu items that are not active in the correct color. They
should be displayed like in the resume section for example, but
currently aren't (see screenshot).

How to get there: Admin -> Users -> select a few users -> click the "Get
reports for selected users" button at the bottom.
