Changed the step so that it can either name a specific iframe, or leave
out the name and just use the first TinyMCE on the page:

Option 1: And I fill in text "Testing 123" in WYSIWYG editor "add_feedback_from_form_message_ifr"
Option 2: And I fill in text "Testing 123" in WYSIWYG editor

Bug description:
  Many of our TinyMCE fields are dynamically assigned IDs, which makes
  them not usable with the current "And I fill in <text> in WYSIWYG
  editor <iframe id>" step.
