Hi Matt,

Thanks for the bug report! IE10 *is* a supported browser for Mahara
15.10, so I've rated this one a "high" priority. If it's broken in 15.10
it is also likely broken in 16.04dev, so I've tagged it for that version
as well.

  TinyMCE full screen not working in IE10 for 15.10.1

Bug description:
  In IE10 (win7), tinyMCE is not going full screen when clicking the expand button from the menu. 
  This problem occurs when editing a text box in the Portfolio - Pages. Assume this happens on all instances of TinyMCE and using the RAW theme (core issue with all themes that inherit RAW).

  Problem was found by a client using the Primary School theme.

  TinyMCE works correctly in IE11.
