  Wrong directory name in instructions for subthemestarter

  The readme.md file in the "subthemestarter" directory has the following instructions: 
  4. Create a new folder in your theme directory, `css`, and put a new file in it, `style.css` 
  5. Add your custom CSS to `css/style.css`

   The directory should be "style" not "css"
